Ingredients:
½ kg green beans, chopped into small pieces.
1 chopped onion.
3 minced garlic gloves.
1 cup tomato juice.
1/3 cup oil.
1 tb tomato paste.
1 cup Chicken or meat stock.
Method:
1-Sauté the chopped onion in the oil.
2-Add the tomato juice and the tomato paste.
3-Add the chopped green beans.
4-Add the chicken or meat stock and season with salt and pepper.
5-Add the minced garlic.
6-Once boiled, cover and cook on low heat for ½ an hour.
7-Serve with white rice.
